Duncan, d/b/a SueBD Stables, its principals, agents and other parties working or using the premises commonly known as 9255 NW Hillsboro Road, Kansas City, MO, from any and all injuries I sustain and I assume all liability for injuries a guest or mine might sustain and agree to hold owners William F. Duncan and Susan F. Duncan d/b/a SueBD Stables, its principals, agents, and other parties working or using the premises harmless for such damage. Warning: Under Missouri Law, an equine professional is not liable for injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities pursuant to the revised statutes of Missouri.
